Kim Watson, M.Ed.
Executive Function Coach & Leader of Program Services
Kim Watson is a lifelong educator with over 30 years of experience supporting students with diverse learning profiles and needs. She has worked extensively with learners who are Gifted and Talented, have ADHD, anxiety, Autism Spectrum Disorder, or challenges with executive functioning. Her teaching is grounded in empathy, precision, and a deep understanding of how learning and development unfold in real time.
Kim served as a founding staff member and Assistant Academic Director at Eaton Academy in Georgia, where she provided direct instruction and leadership in creating personalized learning plans. She holds a B.A. in Sociology from Agnes Scott College and an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction with an Endorsement in Autism from the University of North Georgia. She has also completed certifications in ethics, student testing, educator evaluation, and is a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honors Society.
Kim will be an asset to the Link-Wise Learning Advisory Council, contributing to the development of coaching models, resource design, and learning tools that support personalized growth. Kim’s passion lies in walking alongside families and learners on their educational journeys—helping them build confidence, clarity, and self-awareness that lasts far beyond the classroom.
