Associate Professor & Educational Leader

Dr. Betsy Donlon brings over 17 years of experience in education, having served as a classroom teacher, school principal, and higher education associate professor. She holds a Doctorate in Learning Organizations and Strategic Change and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Lipscomb University, along with a B.S. in Elementary Education from Vanderbilt University. As an ISTE Certified Educator, Betsy is passionate about differentiated instruction, standards-aligned and student-centered learning, meaningful feedback, and building strong school-community partnerships. Her expertise and leadership in literacy and instructional innovation make her a valued leader on the Link-Wise Learning Advisory Council.
