Stephanie Deker, B.A.

Outreach & Post-Secondary Transition Specialist

Stephanie Deker brings deep experience in educational outreach, admissions, and family coaching—rooted in over two decades of leadership across private schools, therapeutic practices, and post-secondary programs. She holds a B.A. in Psychology with a dual emphasis in Human Resource Management and Marketing.

Stephanie has served as a Director of Preschool and Elementary Education, a Middle School Speech and History teacher, and a leader in Admissions and Marketing within private school settings. Her expertise in family engagement expanded through her role as Director of Marketing and Outreach for an ABA practice, and most recently as SVP of Admissions and Outreach at a post-secondary program for neurodiverse young adults.

As an Independent Education Consultant and Coach, Stephanie guides families through the often-overwhelming transition out of high school—supporting both students and parents as they navigate new roles, responsibilities, and independence. A firm believer in “flearning” (failure + learning), Stephanie empowers parents to let go of guilt and normalize individualized support at any age or stage.

Her work is grounded in a mission to demystify educational transitions and build bridges between learners, families, and the next chapter.

Stephanie also serves on the boards of private schools and a nonprofit scholarship program, making her commitment to access, equity, and lifelong learning an asset for the Link-Wise Learning Advisory Council.
